Mary M. Rathbone is a Partner at Moberg Law Group. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Washington State University. Additionally, Mary completed the Washington State Law Clerk Program and has been mentored throughout her legal career by her father, Jerry J. Moberg, founding partner of Moberg Law Group.
Mary handles a broad range of legal matters, including civil municipality defense, probates, and commercial litigation. She is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts, and has experience managing a wide variety of clients and matters.
Mary’s journey to becoming an attorney started at a young age. Instead of attending preschool, she often joined her father at his office, where she was introduced to the inner workings of the legal world. Those early experiences sparked her passion for law and solidified her desire to follow in her father’s footsteps, turning what began as a curiosity into a lifelong career.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Mary is an active community member. She participates in Soroptimist International, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and children. Additionally, Mary runs the blog Catwalk to Courtroom and contributes as a guest columnist for the Columbia Basin Herald. In her downtime, she enjoys gardening, and spending time with her family.
