Jerry J. Moberg is a distinguished trial attorney with more than 50 years of legal experience serving communities across Washington State. An honors graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law, Jerry launched his legal career with an early and extraordinary milestone—becoming one of the youngest attorneys ever to argue before the United States Supreme Court in the landmark case United States v. Powell.

Over the decades, Jerry has built a reputation as one of the region’s most seasoned and respected litigators. He has tried more than 150 cases to verdict, handling matters ranging from high-stakes personal injury and employment disputes to complex First Degree Murder trials. His courtroom experience spans a majority of Washington’s counties, and his practice continues to have a strong statewide presence.

In addition to his litigation work, Jerry has served the community as a Grant County Superior Court Judge and represented Eastern Washington's legal professionals as a member of the Washington State Bar Association’s Board of Governors for the 4th Congressional District.

A significant focus of Jerry’s current practice involves civil litigation defense for public entities—including school districts, cities, and counties. His core practice areas include employment law, premises liability, and serious personal injury defense. Clients rely on Jerry’s deep legal insight, practical judgment, and unwavering commitment to justice.
